Rates
Until 31.05 2013 these are the tariffs of our rooms:
Single- Room $50 (including breakfast and taxes)
Double Room $60 (one double bed, including breakfast and taxes)
Room for three $70 (one double bed and one extre bed, including breakfast and taxes)
Superior Room- the new garden- rooms with own terrace or the big room # 1 with 2 Queen sized beds: + 10$ (single: 60$, double: 70$, triple: 80$)
Room for four $ 80 (two Queen- sized beds)
From 01.06.2013 these are the tariffs of our rooms:
Single- Room $55 (including breakfast and taxes)
Double Room $66 (one double bed, including breakfast and taxes)
Room for three $77 (one double bed and one extre bed, including breakfast and taxes)
Superior Room- the new garden- rooms with own terrace or the big room # 1 with 2 Queen sized beds: + 11$ (single: 66$, double: 77$, triple: 88$)
Room for four $ 88 (two Queen- sized beds)
In this rates are several free services included: free breakfast from 7.00 am to 10.30 am, free calls to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico, free local and nacional calls in Costa Rica, WLAN, computer in Lobby and a lot of travel related information.
The Costa Rican sales tax is 13% and included in our rates
If you stay for a longer time we offer special discounts: more then 7 days, 10% on accomodation, more then 14 days we offer a 15% discount and from 21 days it will be 20% only on accomodation.
